31227 नवनियुक्त सहायक का डाटा मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने एवम् सबमिट सर्टिफिकेट को डी - सर्टिफाई करने के संबंध में
शिक्षकों का डाटा मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने हेतु एन0आई0सी0 के निर्देश -
1.यदि कोई नवनियुक्त शिक्षक पूर्व में शिक्षामित्र या अंशकालिक अनुदेशक के पद पर कार्यरत थे और उनका डाटा मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर अपलोड था तो उनकी सर्विस हिस्ट्री में उनका रेजिग्नेशन डालकर वेरीफाई करें त।उनका नया रजिस्ट्रेशन करते हुए उनका सेवा विवरण तथा शैक्षिक अभिलेख अपलोड कराएं।
2.यदि कोई नवनियुक्त शिक्षक उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के किसी अन्य विभाग से आए हैं। तो उनके विभाग में यदि मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर उनका डाटा अपलोड है। तो वह या तो लियन पर आए होंगे या त्यागपत्र देकर आए होंगे या किसी अन्य कारण से। वह पहले अपने विभाग में अपने डेटा में सर्विस हिस्ट्री में संबंधित एंट्री डलवा कर तदुपरांत उनका नया रजिस्ट्रेशन करते हुए उनका सेवा विवरण तथा शैक्षिक अभिलेख अपलोड कराएं।
उपरोक्त पत्र अन्य जिला और ब्लॉक का है पर nic ka निर्देश एक ही रहेगा ।
