प्रार्थना पत्र पति पत्नी में से किसी एक की पंचायत चुनाव ड्यूटी काटने के संदर्भ में प्रार्थना पत्र प्रारूप ।
चुनाव ड्यूटिया वितरित की जा चुकी है। और जल्द ही प्रशिक्षण चालू होने वाले है। इस बीच बहुत से ऐसे मतदाता कार्मिक हैं जिनमें पति और पत्नी दोनों की ड्यूटी लगा दी गई। जिसके कारण उनके बच्चों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। इसके दृष्टिगत कुछ समय पहले एक आदेश जारी हुआ था। जिसके अंतर्गत पति पत्नी में से किसी एक की ड्यूटी कटवाई जा सकती है। अतः ड्यूटी कटवाए जाने हेतु नीचे दिए हुए प्रारूप पर प्रार्थना पत्र तैयार कर पति पत्नी दोनों का ड्यूटी पत्र दोनों के बीoईo ओo के द्वारा अग्रसारित करवाएं ताकि किसी एक की ड्यूटी काटी जा सके। प्रारूप नीचे दिया हुआ है।
