अपर मुख्य सचिव वित्त एस राधा चौहान ने शासन के समस्त अपर मुख्य सचिवों ,प्रमुख  सचिवों व सचिवों को इस संबंध में विस्तृत दिशा निर्देश जारी किए हैं।उन्होंने कहा है कि यह सूचना प्राथमिकता पर जुटा ली जाए कि विभाग में वर्तमान में कुल कितने स्थायी पद हैं?

यदि इनका स्थायीकरण किया जा सकता है, तो तत्काल कर दिया जाए इसी तरह से अस्थाई पद जो लंबी अवधि से चल रहे हैं 3 वर्ष से अधिक है और इनको विभाग की आवश्यकता नहीं है, उनकी निरंतरता जारी किया जाना बंद कर दिया जाए और उन्हें समाप्त कर दिया जाए।

 ऐसे पद जो 3 वर्ष से अधिक समय से अस्थाई चल रहे हैं और किसी कारण से इनकी निरंतरता नियमित रूप से जारी नहीं हुई है, तो इसकी निरंतरता से संबंधित कार्रवाई में 2 सवाल के जवाब दिए जाएं, पहला पूर्व की निरंतरता पर कार्यतर स्वीकृति सहमति का प्रस्ताव वित्त विभाग को भेजते समय यह भी बताया जाए कि अब वापस विभाग के लिए क्यों आवश्यक है ? तथा क्यों ना इसको समाप्त किए जाने पर विचार किया जाए।
