 ज्ञात हो कि अंतर्जनपदीय पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण आवेदक व सह आवेदक दोनो की आपसी सहमति व शर्तों के अधीन विभाग से किये गए है।सहमति व शर्तों में उल्लंघन की स्थिति में स्वतःनिरस्त मान्य किये जायेंगे।  सचिव महोदय उ0प्र0 बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद ,प्रयागराज के आदेश के अनुपालन में कार्यभार मुक्ति की कार्यवाही की जानी है ।कार्यभार मुक्ति हेतु सामान्य निर्देश निम्नवत है-

1. सभी पारस्परिक अंतर्जनपदीय स्थानांतरित शिक्षक/शिक्षिकाएं बी0ई0ओ0 से लिखित अनुमति प्राप्त करने के उपरांत ही विद्यालय से कार्यभार मुक्त किये जायेंगे।सभी बी0ई0ओ0 मुख्य सूची/पत्रवाली से विधिवत मिलान करके उनके प्रतिस्थानी/सह आवेदक शिक्षक/शिक्षिका जिसका मोबाइल नंबर आदेश के साथ अंकित है,पर बात करके सहमति,शर्ते पुष्टित होने पर ही कार्यभार मुक्ति की अनुमति देंगे।

2. कार्यभार मुक्त होने वाले सभी शिक्षक/शिक्षिकाएं तीन पत्रावाली तैयार करेंगे जिसमे प्रत्येक पत्रावाली में समस्त शैक्षिक ,प्रशिक्षण अंकपत्र व प्रमाण पत्र आधार कार्ड,पैन कार्ड,प्रथम नियुक्ति पत्र,पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण रेजिस्ट्रेशन आवेदक व सह आवेदक सहित,अंतर्जनपदीय पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण आदेश की प्रति,बैंक का अदेय प्रमाण पत्र,विद्यालय का अदेय प्रमाण पत्र,विद्यालय से कार्यभार मुक्ति आख्या पत्र व्यवहार पंजिका के क्रमांक,व तिथि सहित आदि संलग्न करेंगे।

3. अंतर्जनपदीय पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण में जनपद फतेहपुर से निर्गत कार्यमुक्ति प्रारूप ही विद्यालय व ब्लॉक से कार्यभार मुक्त होना है । अन्य प्रपत्रों में जनपद से प्रेषित समस्त प्रपत्रों की प्रतियां जिसमे 100 ₹का नोटरी शपथ पत्र,जनपद से कार्यभार मुक्ति प्रमाण पत्र भी शामिल है ,संलग्न करना प्रत्येक पत्रवाली में अनिवार्य होगा।

4.अंतर्जनपदीय स्थानांतरण वाले शिक्षक/शिक्षिकाओ को आन लाइन मानव सम्पदा पोर्टल से भी साथ साथ संबंधित जनपद को कार्यभार मुक्त किया जाएगा।

5.अंतर्जनपदीय पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण में कार्यमुक्ति हेतु उक्त तीनों पत्रावलियां ब्लॉक में परीक्षण के उपरांत बिल लिपिक के पास जमा की जाएगी, जो शाम को जिले में अग्रेतर कार्यवाही हेतु प्रेषित/प्राप्त कराई जाएंगी।बिल लिपिक का दायित्व होगा कि जिले में विधिवत परीक्षणोपरांत आवश्यक कार्यवाही करते हुए कार्यभार मुक्त कराये।

6.अपने विद्यालय का वित्तीय एवम गैर वित्तीय समस्त प्रभार सौपने के उपरांत ही कार्यभार मुक्त किये जायेंगे ।वित्तीय में जैसे एस0एम0सी0 खाता,MDM निधि खाता,ग्राम शिक्षा निधि खाता,प्रत्येक खाते की अपडेटेड पास बुक, चेक बुक सहित प्रत्येक खाते में मदवार अब तक की प्राप्त धनराशि,आहरित धनराशि, आहरण के सापेक्ष व्यय धनराशि ,मौके पर कार्यपूर्ति जैसे क्या क्या काम कराये गए,और उसके सभी के बिल बाउचर, भुगतान की स्थिति, कैश बुक, गार्ड फ़ाइल आदि। यदि कोई देनदारी बकाया है उसकी स्थिति कारण स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।कार्यमोचक/प्रभार प्राप्त कर्ता शिक्षक/शिक्षिका का भी दायित्व होगा कि प्रत्येक खाते से मदवार धन का विधिवत मिलान कर ले विधिवत प्राप्त करने के ऊपरांत ही कार्यभार मुक्त करें।गैर वित्तीय में विद्यालय का समस्त समान जैसे गेंहू चावल MDM के बर्तन ,समस्त पंजिकाये,फर्नीचर आदि।स्टॉक पंजिका भी अपडेटेड होनी चाहिए ।स्टॉक पंजिका से भी अंकित समान का विधिवत एक एक समान का मिलान कर ले और वित्तीय तथा गैर वित्तीय समस्त प्रभार प्राप्त करने के उपरांत ही अदेय प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करते हुए कार्यभार मुक्त करें ।विद्यालय से एक बार कार्यभार मुक्त करने के उपरांत किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत नही सुनी जाएगी,चार्ज लेने वाले की जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी।

7. जिस बैंक में आपका वेतन खाता है वहाँ अपने अंतर्जनपदीय स्था0/प्रस्थान की सूचना लिखित रूप से देते हुए अनापत्ति प्रमाण(NOC) निर्गत कराये। किसी भी शिक्षक/शिक्षिका पर बैंक का होम लोन, पर्सनल लोन अथवा बैंक अग्रिम वेतन के सापेक्ष गतिमान नही होना चाहिए।

8.आवेदक द्वारा 3 फाइल तैयार की जानी हैं।

9. आवेदक इस आशय की जानकारी करले कि उनके सह आवेदक भी कार्यमुक्त हो रहे हैं और इस आशय की लिखित जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने पर ही खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी द्वारा कार्यमुक्त हेतु संस्तुति की जाएगी।

10. आवेदक को अपने सह आवेदक के जनपद के BSA का आदेश और खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी की संस्तुति का पत्र भी अपने जनपद के खण्ड शिक्षाअधिकारी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

 सर्वप्रथम  प्ले स्टोर से एम. स्थापना एप्लीकेशन डाउनलोड करें, उसके बाद अपनी मानव संपदा यूजरआईडी और पासवर्ड डालकर लॉगइन कर लें।

अपने रिपोर्टिंग ऑफिसर का चयन करें।

 सर्वप्रथम मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर अपनी यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें।

 तत्पश्चात लीव मॉड्यूल में जाकर उक्तवत्  अवकाश ले सकते हैं।

प्री-फिक्स / सफिक्स अवकाश क्या हैं?

उदाहरण के लिए यदि  आप सोमवार का अवकाश लेना चाहते हैं तथा मंगलवार को कोई घोषित अवकाश है  तब रविवार का अवकाश प्री-फिक्स कहलाएगा तथा मंगलवार का अवकाश सफिक्स कहलाएगा।

ऐसी स्थिति में  प्री-फिक्स के कॉलम में 01 तथा सफिक्स के कॉलम में भी 01 भरना होगा, तब यह दोनों अवकाश आपके कुल अवकाश की गिनती में नहीं आएंगे अन्यथा आपके तीन अवकाश गिने जाएंगे।

पासवर्ड रिसेट कैसे करें ?

फारगेट  पासवर्ड पर क्लिक करके अपने रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल पर ओटीपी प्राप्त करके आप अपना पासवर्ड रिसेट कर सकते हैं।

किंतु यदि ओटीपी प्राप्त नहीं हो रहा है तब ऐसी स्थिति में आपको अपने ब्लॉक संसाधन केंद्र के ऑपरेटर से संपर्क करके अपना पासवर्ड रीसेट करवाना होगा।

रिपोर्टिंग ऑफिसर का नाम नहीं दिख रहा है ?
