उत्तर प्रदेश में कार्यरत खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी जिनका ठहराव जनपद मंडल में 7 वर्ष से अधिक है तथा जो स्थानांतरण नीति 29.03.2018,
15 जून 2021 एवं अपर मुख्य सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के पत्र दिनांक 23 जून 2021 में दिए गए निर्देश के क्रम में 31 मार्च 2021 तक की कार्यवाही के आधार पर 20% की सीमा के अंतर्गत आते हैं, के स्थानांतरण हेतु कार्यरत मंडल के बाहर के 5 जनपदों के विकल्प मांगे जा रहे हैं।
खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों जिन की सूची साथ में संलग्न है, को निर्देशित किया जाता है, कि अपना विकल्प पत्र प्रेरणा पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध डीसीएफ के माध्यम से 5 जनपद के विकल्प, दिनांक 05 जुलाई 2021 की रात्रि12:00 बजे तक अनिवार्य रूप से उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें।
अन्यथा की स्थिति में संबंधित का स्थानांतरण कार्य हित एवं जनहित में स्थानांतरण नीति के आलोक में कर दिया जाएगा।

According to the instructions given in the letter dated 23 June 2021, 15 June 2021 and Additional Chief Secretary Basic Education, Uttar Pradesh Government, on the basis of action up to 31 March 2021, the working circles are covered under the limit of 20%, for transfer outside the working board. Alternatives of 5 districts are being sought.
The Block Education Officers, whose list is attached herewith, are directed to make sure to make available their option letter available on the Prerna Portal through DCF for 5 districts compulsorily by 12:00 night of 05 July 2021. Do it.
Otherwise, the transfer work of the concerned will be done in the light of the transfer policy in the interest and public interest.
