जिला व्यायाम शिक्षक एवं जिला स्काउट शिक्षकों को वापस उनके विद्यालय में भेजने के संदर्भ में महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा का पत्र
महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा विजय किरण आनंद जी ने समस्त जनपदों के जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को उपरोक्त पत्र के माध्यम से निर्देश दिए हैं।
कि बेसिक शिक्षा के अंतर्गत संचालित विद्यालयों में स्काउट/ व्यायाम तथा खेलकूद से संबंधित कार्यक्रमों के संचालन के अनुश्रवण हेतु जिला स्काउट शिक्षक/ व्यायाम शिक्षकों की व्यवस्था इस आशय से की गई थी, कि संबंधित शिक्षकों द्वारा जनपद के विभिन्न विद्यालयों में संचालित कार्यक्रमों का प्रभावी अनुश्रवण एवं संचालन करने में सहयोग प्रदान करेंगे।
किंतु यह संज्ञान में आया है कि विभिन्न जनपद/ ब्लॉक स्तर पर उक्त शिक्षकों को पूर्ण रूप से संबद्ध किया गया है।
संबंधित शिक्षकों द्वारा अपने मूल विद्यालय में कुछ भी शिक्षण कार्य नहीं किया जा रहा है। यह नियम विरुद्ध है। उसके साथ ही संबंधित विद्यालय में अध्यनरत छात्र-छात्राओं की शिक्षण व्यवस्था पर भी प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ता है। किसी भी शिक्षक को मूल विद्यालय से इतर न संबद्ध किए जाने के संबंध में महानिदेशक कार्यालय से पत्रांक पूर्व में निर्देश सहित जारी हुए थे।
ततक्रम में आप को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि जो जिला स्काउट/ व्यायाम शिक्षक जनपद/ विकासखंड मुख्यालय में संबंध है उनको तत्काल कार्यमुक्त करें। तथा संबंधित शिक्षकों को इस आशय के साथ निर्देश निर्गत करें कि वह स्काउट व्यायाम से संबंधित दायित्व का निर्वहन अपने मूल विद्यालय में अध्ययन की अवधि के पश्चात करना सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि विद्यालय में अध्ययनरत छात्र-छात्राओं की शिक्षण व्यवस्था पर कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव ना पड़े।
उपरोक्त अनुसार अनुपालन करते हुए अपनी आख्या एक सप्ताह के भीतर कार्यालय की मेल आईडी पर उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

Director General School Education Letter regarding sending District Exercise Teachers and District Scout Teachers back to their school
Director General School Education Vijay Kiran Anand has given instructions to the District Basic Education Officers of all the districts through the above letter.
That the District Scout Teachers / Exercise Teachers were arranged for monitoring the running of the programs related to Scout / Exercise and Sports in the schools run under Basic Education, with the intention that effective monitoring of the programs run by the concerned teachers in different schools of the district. And will help in conducting.
But it has come to the notice that the said teachers have been fully associated at various district / block levels.
Nothing of teaching work is being done by the concerned teachers in their parent school. This is against the rule. Along with that the education system of the students studying in the concerned school is also adversely affected. Letters from the Director General's office were issued with instructions in the past regarding the non-affiliation of any teacher from the parent school.
In the program, you are directed that the District Scout / Exercise Teachers concerned in the district / block headquarters should immediately release them. And issue instructions to the concerned teachers with the intention that they should ensure to discharge the responsibility related to the scout exercise in their parent school after the period of study, so that there is no adverse effect on the education system of the students studying in the school.
