वित्तीय वर्ष 2020 21 में मध्यान्ह भोजन योजना हेतु 

एम0 एम 0ई 0 के अंतर्गत प्रदेश के प्राथमिक एवं उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत छात्र-छात्राओं अभिभावकों हेतु प्राधिकार पत्र संशोधित प्रारूप पर हेतु आवंटित धन राशि के संबंध में महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा श्री विजय किरण आनंद जी द्वारा यह पत्र आदेश जारी किया गया है।

उपर्युक्त विषय के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि 

कोविड-19 के तहत माह जुलाई एवं अगस्त 2020 में बंद प्राथमिक एवं उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत छात्र छात्राओं को अभिभावक को खाद्यान्न एवं परिवर्तन लागत की धनराशि का विचरण शासन के निर्देश के क्रम में किया जाना है। खाद्यान्न वितरण हेतु छात्र छात्राओं के अभिभावक के प्राधिकार पत्र संशोधित प्रारूप की प्रिंटिंग छपाई जनपद स्तर पर की जानी है ।उक्त कार्य किए जाने का संपूर्ण उत्तरदायित्व खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी का होगा। खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी द्वारा कोटेदार के आधार पर प्राधिकार पत्र तैयार कराए जाएंगे तथा छात्र अभिभावकों के माध्यम से कोटेदार तक पहुंचाए जाएंगे ।

For Mid-Day Meal Scheme in the financial year 2020-21

This letter order has been issued by Director General School Education Shri Vijay Kiran Anand ji in respect of the amount allocated for the revised letter of authority letter for the parents of students studying in primary and upper primary schools of the state under M.M.E.

With regard to the above mentioned topic, it is to be conveyed that

Under Kovid-19, in the months of July and August 2020, the students studying in primary and upper primary schools closed, the amount of food grains and conversion cost to the guardians is to be decided in the order of the government, the authority of the guardians of the students for distribution of food grains. Printing of the revised format printing is to be done at district level. The entire responsibility of the said work will be with the Education Officer. Authority letters will be prepared by the Block Education Officer on the basis of Kotdar and the student will be routed through the parents.
