चयन वेतनमान एवंं एसीपी
की पत्रावली यों के संदर्भ में बीएसए महोदय उन्नाव ने जारी किए निर्देश
अध्यापक अध्यापिका सहचर के चयन वेतनमान एसीपी ब्लॉक स्तर से अग्रसारित होकर जिला कार्यालय पर जाते हैं जहां पर उपरोक्त कमियां पाई गई
1. उपरोक्त कमियां खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी महोदय को संबोधित करते हुए बताई गई आप द्वारा कराई गई चयन वेतनमान पत्रावली के साथ सेवा पुस्तिका में सेवाएं प्रमाणित नहीं होती हैं
2. गोपनीय क्या प्रमाणित नहीं होती है।
3. पदोन्नति आदेश का पत्रावली में अंकन नहीं होता है।
4. अध्यापक अध्यापिका का स्थानांतरण समायोजन का भी सेवा पंजिका पर अंकन नहीं होता है।
5. सेवा पुस्तिका में अध्यापकों के निलंबन आदेशों का भी अंकन नहीं होता है और ना ही बहाली आदेश का अंकन होता है।
6.सेवा पुस्तिका में अध्यापकों के वेतन कटौती व वेतन बहाली आदेशों का अंतर नहीं होता है।
7. सेवा पुस्तिका में यदि किसी अध्यापक अध्यापिका द्वारा पदोन्नत का लाभ छोड़ दिया गया है वह भी अंकित नहीं होता है।
8. चल वेतनमान की पत्रावली में आवेदन प्रारूप को सही ढंग से पूर्ण कराने के उपरांत ही जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी के कार्यालय के लिए अग्रसारित करें।
9. अपने कार्यालय में चयन वेतनमान की पत्रावली यों को पूर्ण करा कर दो दिवस के अंदर जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय में प्राप्त कराना सुनिश्चित करें।
