यूपी बोर्ड की परीक्षाएं होंगी इस माह टल जाएंगी ?

त्रिस्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव के मद्देनजर यूपी बोर्ड की परीक्षाएं टलनी तय है। 24 अप्रैल से शुरू होने वाली परीक्षाएं अब मई के पहले सप्ताह से हो सकती है। होली से ठीक पहले 27 मार्च को राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग पंचायत चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी करने की तैयारी में है। आयोग 30 अप्रैल तक मतदान की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर 3- 4 मई में मतगणना करा सकता है।

 दरअसल पूर्व में जब यूपी बोर्ड की हाईस्कूल व इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षाएं 24 अप्रैल से 12 मई तक का रहने का कार्यक्रम घोषित किया गया था। तब आयोग का भी चार चरणों में 23 अप्रैल तक मतदान की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लेने का कार्यक्रम प्रस्तावित था। पंचायतों में गलत आरक्षण पर हाई कोर्ट द्वारा फिर से आरक्षण जारी कराने के निर्देश पर राज्य सरकार अब नए सिरे से आरक्षण करा रही है। ऐसे में अब 27 मार्च को आरक्षण की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के साथ आज भी चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी करने की तैयारी में है। आयोग के सूत्रों का कहना है कि होली से ठीक पहले 27 मार्च को अधिसूचना जारी होने से उसे विधिवत चुनाव कराने के लिए 42 दिन चाहिए।

 चार चरण में जिलेवार सभी पदों का एक साथ चुनाव कराने के लिए 42 दिन का समय होने पर प्रत्येक चरण में प्रचार के लिए 1 सप्ताह का समय दिया जा सकेगा।

ऐसे में आयोग चाहता है कि बोर्ड की परीक्षाएं मई के पहले सप्ताह तक चल जाए ताकि मतगणना आदि भी उससे पहले करा ली जाए। माध्यमिक शिक्षा का भी दायित्व संभाल रहे उप मुख्यमंत्री दिनेश शर्मा ने स्पष्ट किया कि पंचायत चुनाव के बाद ही बोर्ड परीक्षा कराई जाएंगी ऐसे में बोर्ड परीक्षाएं 24 अप्रैल से होंगी लेकिन नई तारीख पंचायत चुनाव के कार्यक्रम के अनुसार।

UP board examinations will be postponed this month?

In view of the three-tier panchayat elections, UP Board examinations are scheduled to be postponed. The exams, which began on 24 April, can now be held from the first week of May.  Actually, in the past, when the UP Board's high school and intermediate exams were announced, the program would be from April 24 to May 12. Then the commission also proposed to complete the voting process in four phases by 23 April. The State Government is now providing fresh reservation on the instructions of the High Court to issue the reservation again on wrong reservation in panchayats. In such a situation, with the completion of the reservation process on March 27, the notification of election is still ready to be issued today. Sources in the commission say that it needs 42 days to formally conduct the elections with the notification being issued on March 27, just before Holi.

 There will be 42 days time for all the district-wise elections to be held simultaneously in four phases, with one week's time for campaigning in each phase.

In such a situation, the Commission wants the examinations of the board to go on till the first week of May so that counting of votes etc. can be done before that. Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, who is also responsible for secondary education, clarified that the board examinations will be conducted only after the panchayat elections, in which case the board examinations will be held from April 24, but the new date according to the schedule of the panchayat elections.

6.सभी छात्रों के रिजल्ट उपलब्ध

7. एसएमसी की प्रतिमाह 
   नियमित बैठक सम्पन्न होने पर  10
8.छात्रों का पुस्तकालय का

9. प्रेरणा गुणवत्ता माड्यूल के
