अब परिषदीय विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापक को और शिक्षकों की वार्षिक गोपनीय प्रविष्ट (एनसीआर) अब नंबरों के आधार पर तय होगी,100 अंकों में गुरुजी का मूल्यांकन होगा और इसी आधार पर अच्छी या खराब एनसीआर तय होगी।

इन 9 मानकों पर प्रधानाध्यापकों और शिक्षकों का मूल्यांकन होगा निम्नलिखित हैं ।

2.औसत छात्र उपस्थिति            10
3.शिक्षक की औसत उपस्थिति   10
4. लर्निंग आउटकम के परीक्षाफल
   के आधार ग्रेड के प्लस होने पर 20                             
5.दीक्षा पोर्टल का प्रयोग 
   करने पार                                10
6.सभी छात्रों के रिजल्ट उपलब्ध 
  करवाने पर                              10
7. एसएमसी की प्रतिमाह 
   नियमित बैठक सम्पन्न होने पर  10
8.छात्रों का पुस्तकालय का 
   नियमित प्रयोग करने पर           10
9. प्रेरणा गुणवत्ता माड्यूल के 
   अनुसार मॉड्यूल आधारशिला ,
   ध्यानाकर्षण एवं शिक्षण संग्रह 
   का कक्षा में नियमित प्रयोग
