एक तरफ जहां ARP, SRG,संकुल शिक्षक बनकर अध्यापक शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण, शिक्षा के संवर्धन, शिक्षक को सहायता प्रदान कर मिशन प्रेरणा क्रियान्वयन हेतु तत्पर है। वहीं एक मीडिया में वायरल पत्र में एक शिक्षक महोदय ने प्रेरक विद्यालय और बच्चो को आदर्श छात्र बनाने हेतु ARP जैसे पद से त्यागपत्र देने की इच्छा प्रकट की है।
कर्तव्यबोध होते ही गुरुजी ने बच्चों के भविष्य और मूल विद्यालय को शासन और सरकार के मंशा के अनुरूप प्रेरक स्कूल बनाने हेतु ARP पद से त्यागपत्र खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी को दे दिया।

पत्र के अनुसार शिक्षक महोदय एo आरo पीo के कार्यभार की व्यस्तता के कारण अपने मूल विद्यालय को नहीं देख पा रहे थे। जितना उन्हें देखना चाहिए था अब 1 मार्च 2021 से विद्यालय खुल रहे थे। कब श्रीमान जी के समझ में आया कि यदि मैं एo आरo पीo के पद पर कार्यरत रहा तो मेरी शक्ति मेरे मूल विद्यालय व एo आरo पीo कार्यभार के बीच बंटकर रह जाएगी।
अतः अध्यापक जी ने इच्छा प्रकट की कि वह अपनी पूरी शक्ति अपने मूल विद्यालय पर लगाकर शासन की मंशा को महत्व देते हुए अपने विद्यालय को प्रेरक विद्यालय बनाने की दिशा में काम करना प्रारंभ करना चाहते हैं।
अतः शिक्षक महोदय का एo आरo पीo पद से त्यागपत्र स्वीकार कर ए आर पी पद से मुक्त करने की प्रार्थना की।
नोट -उपरोक्त पत्र सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल प्राप्त हुआ परंतु यह जानकर हर्ष हुआ कि एक शिक्षक सदैव अपने छात्रों के हित और शासन की मंशा को पूर्ण रूप से धरातल पर उतारने और प्रेरक विद्यालय बनाने हेतु प्रयासरत है।
