मान्यता और गैर सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों को rteup की वेबसाइट पर हर हाल में 25 जनवरी 2021 तक करवाना होगा रजिस्ट्रेशन अन्यथा नहीं मिलेगा यह लाभ।
इस वर्ष निशुल्क शिक्षा और अनिवार्य बाल शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम 2009 की धारा 12(1) ग के अंतर्गत आरटीई पोर्टल (http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in) पर कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए एनआईसी द्वारा कुछ नए मॉडल जोड़े जा रहे हैं। इन मॉडल में से एक स्कूल है। इस मॉडल में शहरी व ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों के विद्यालय पोर्टल पर स्वयं को रजिस्टर करेगा। विद्यालय को यूजर आईडी एवं पासवर्ड जनरेट करना होगा तथा अपना विवरण पोर्टल पर अंकित करना होगा। विद्यालयों को पोर्टल पर स्वयं को रजिस्टर करना अनिवार्य है ,जो विद्यालय पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर नहीं होगा, वह विद्यालय फीस प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
समस्त विद्यालयों को इस प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करने हेतु एक यूजर मैन्युअल उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है जो कि उनकी लॉगिन में संलग्न होगा बीएसए अपने जनपद के आरटीआई नोडल एवं ब्लॉक स्तर पर अपनी टीम द्वारा समस्त साधनों के माध्यम से स्कूल रजिस्ट्रेशन संपन्न कराना सुनिश्चित करें।
उपरोक्त पत्र में समस्त जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी उत्तर प्रदेश को संबोधित करते हुए बताया गया है कि इस कार्य को सुचारू और त्रुटि रहित रूप से पूर्ण करने के लिए अपने जनपद के समस्त विद्यालयों को उपरोक्त अनुसार सूचित करना सुनिश्चित करें ताकि समस्त निजी विद्यालय द्वारा आरटीई पोर्टल पर अपनी समस्त जानकारी को स्कूल लॉगइन टैब के अंदर जाकर विवरण अंकित किया जा सके। इस प्रक्रिया को दिनांक 20 दिसंबर 2020 से 25 जनवरी 2000 के बीच प्रत्येक दशा में पूर्ण किया जाना है यदि किसी कारणवश अंतिम चेतावनी देने के बाद भी कोई विद्यालय बच्चों के इंट्री नहीं करता है तो इस दशा में बच्चों का विवरण बीएसए द्वारा पोर्टल पर अंकित किया जाएगा।
विद्यालय को स्वयं को पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर्ड करने की प्रक्रिया विद्यालयों द्वारा होगी। किसी भी तरह की संशय प्रश्न अथवा समस्या की स्थिति में विभागीय ईमेल आईडी rteup25@gmail.com पर संपर्क कर दूर किया जा सकता है।

Some new models are being added this year by the NIC under Section 12 (1) C of the Right to Free Education and Compulsory Child Education Act 2009 to run the works on the RTE portal

(http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in) . One of these models is a school. In this model, schools in both urban and rural areas will register themselves on the portal. The school will have to generate user ID and password and will have to enter its details on the portal. It is mandatory for schools to register themselves on the portal, those who will not register on the school portal will not be eligible for reimbursement of school fees.
To complete this process, a user manual is being made available to all schools which will be attached in their login. BSA should ensure school registration through all means by RTI Nodal and Block level of their district.
In the above letter, while addressing all the District Basic Education Officer Uttar Pradesh, it has been told that to complete this task smoothly and errorlessly, make sure to inform all the schools of your district as mentioned above so that all the private schools will get RTE portal But all your information can be entered by going inside the school login tab. This process has to be completed in every case between 20 December 2020 to 25 January 2000. If a school does not enter the children even after giving final warning for any reason,
