राज्य परियोजना निदेशक विजय किरण आनंद जी द्वारा समस्त जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी उत्तर प्रदेश को पत्र आदेश जारी करते हुए शिक्षामित्रों का माह जनवरी का मानदेय प्रेषित करने के बाद इसी क्रम में फरवरी 2021 1 महीने के मानदेय की धनराशि कुल 134 करोड़ 19 लाख ₹90 हजार जो संलग्न सूची में प्रदर्शित है विवरण के अनुसार मुक्त की जा रही है। यह धनराशि वित्त एवं लेखाधिकारी मानदेय का भुगतान करते समय यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि समग्र शिक्षा के अंतर्गत कार्यरत शिक्षामित्रों को मानदेय का भुगतान किया जाए। वर्ष 2019-20 में मानदेय का भुगतान किया गया हो। उक्त के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य मानदेय का भुगतान इस निर्गत धनराशि से न किया जाए। मानदेय का शिक्षामित्रों के खाते में पी एफ एम एस प्रणाली के माध्यम से ही किया जाएगा। तत्क्रम में अपेक्षित है कि धन राशि प्राप्त होने की सूचना तथा प्रति माह व शेष की सूचना से राज्य परियोजना कार्यालय को सूचित करें तथा सर्व शिक्षा अभियान की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करें।

While paying this amount, the Finance and Accounts Officer will ensure that honorarium is paid to the teachers working under the overall education. The honorarium should have been paid in the year 2019-20. Apart from the above, no other honorarium should be paid from this released amount. The honorarium will be paid only through the PFMS system to the account of educators.
It is expected in the process to inform the State Project Office with the information of receipt of funds and monthly and remaining information and upload it on the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan website.
