A voter list with photos will be displayed. Seeing this, make sure that your name is in the voter list or not, if there is any fault in it.

If there is a mistake, then you can fill the amendment form to improve, in addition to this, you can also fill the application form for new voter card, new vote increase.

Take these documents with you to get a new voter card / voter ID.

(1) Two colored passport size photos.

(2) Photo copy of ration card.

(3) Photo copy of Aadhaar card.

or

(4) Photo copy of date of birth certificate.

(5) Photo copy of the voter card of one member of the household.
