लिस्ट के अनुसार तत्काल संस्था/विद्यालय का के0वाईसी0 फार्म पूर्ण कर फाइनल सबमिट करना सुनिश्चित करें
जिन संस्थाओं मे हाईलाईट और मोबाइल नम्बर अंकित है उनको एस0एम0एस0 के माध्यम से लाॅगिन आई0डी0 पासवर्ड भेजा जा चुका है परन्तु उनके द्वारा अभी तक एन0एस0पी0 पोर्टल पर लाॅगिन कर के0वाई0सी0 फार्म पूर्ण कर फाइनल सबमिट नही किया गया है। तथा शेष संस्थाएं जो बिना हाईलाईट है उनके मोबाइल नम्बर प्राप्त नही है।
जिस कारण उनको लाॅगिन आई0डी0 पासवर्ड दिया जाना सम्भव नही हो पा रहा है।
कृपया उक्त सूची आपको इस अनुरोध के साथ प्रेषित है कि कृपया जिन संस्थाओं को लाॅगिन आई0डी0 पासवर्ड प्राप्त हो गया है वे तत्काल एन0एस0पी0 पोटल पर लाॅगिन कर के0वाईसी0 फार्म पूर्ण कर फाइनल सबमिट करना एवं जिन संस्थाओं के मोबाइल नम्बर सूची मे अकित नही है वे लाॅगिन आई0डी0 प्राप्त करने हेतु जिला अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण अधिकारी, उन्नाव कार्यालय अथवा वाट्सएप नम्बर 8005464337 पर सम्पर्क कर लाॅगिन आई0डी0 पासवर्ड प्राप्त करना सुनिश्चित करें।
तथा तत्काल संस्था का के0वाईसी0 फार्म पूर्ण कर फाइनल सबमिट करना सुनिश्चित करें।

As per the list, be sure to submit the final by completing the KYC form of the institution / school immediately.
Institutions where highlight and mobile numbers are marked have been sent the login ID password through SMS, but till now the final form has not been submitted by logging on the NSP portal. And the rest of the organizations which are without highlight do not get their mobile numbers.
Due to which it is not possible to give them login id password.
Kindly send the above list to you with the request that the organizations who have received the login ID password, immediately submit the final by completing the YC form by logging on to the NSP portal and the organizations whose mobile numbers are not listed in the list are registered. To obtain the District Minority Welfare Officer, Unnao Office or WhatsApp number 8005464337, be sure to get the login ID password.
And make sure to submit the final by completing the KYC form of the organization immediately.
