जितेंद्र शाही ने श्रीमान महानिदेशक जी स्कूल शिक्षा उत्तर प्रदेश लखनऊ को शिक्षामित्रों की समस्याओं के समाधान से संबंधित ज्ञापन प्रेषित किया। जिसके अंतर्गत उन्होंने 20 वर्षों से प्राथमिक शिक्षा को संविधान बनाने में लगे समस्त शिक्षामित्रों के योगदान और महंगाई के दौर में अल्प मानदेय में जीवन यापन कर रहे हैं। शिक्षामित्रों के विषय में बताया है। उन्होंने अन्य राज्यों में शिक्षामित्रों को मिले हुए लाभ और उत्तर प्रदेश से तुलनात्मक स्थिति का वर्णन किया है।
जिसमें -
1. मध्य प्रदेश में 12 महीना समायोजन और संविलियन का आदेश
2. महाराष्ट्र में 12 महीने का सैलरी ₹35000 प्रतिमाह लगभग।
3. छत्तीसगढ़ में 12 महीने और शिक्षण कर्मी के रूप में संविलियन की घोषणा।
4.उत्तराखंड में 12 महीना और सहायक अध्यापक पद पर समायोजन।
5. हिमाचल प्रदेश में 21400 + 12 महीने के लिए हरियाणा में समान।
कार्य समान वेतन के अनुसार समस्त सूचनाओं को समझने के लिए उपरोक्त ज्ञापन पत्र का अवलोकन करें।

सोशल मीडिया का प्रयोग अगर सही दिशा मे किया जाए तो यह समाज की दिशा और दशा बदल सकती है। सोशल मीडिया आपको आपके विचारों के लिए एक बड़ा मंच है । हम सब शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़े हैं, हमारी अलग अलग समस्याएं हैं ,जिनके निराकरण के लिए हम सब किसी न किसी माध्यम का प्रयोग करते हैं। और छद्म नेतृत्व से यह उम्मीद करते हैं कि वह हमारी समस्याओ को दूर करने के लिए हमारे साथ खड़ा होगा ,मगरहोता उल्टा है हमारी समस्याओ मे वे अपना अवसर खोजते हैं। यह कतई आवश्यक नही कि आप 500 या 1000 लोगों से जुड़ें ,मगर ये सबके लिए आवश्यक है कि वह कम से कम ऐसे 20 लोगो के सम्पर्क मे रहे जो हर समस्या मे आपके साथ खड़े मिले।
आपका दायरा मजबूत होगा तो आप भी मजबूत होंगे। अक्सर यह देखा जाता है कि सोशल मीडिया का प्रयोग फालतू के कामो मे किया जाता है,जो उचित नही। हम सबमे कोई न कोई ऐसी प्रतिभा है जो समाज के काम आ सकती है, जैसे कोई बेहतरीन लेखक हो सकता है तो कोई बेहतर कवि, कोई बेहतर शिक्षण पद्धति रखता है ,तो कोई अच्छा चित्रकार है।अपनी प्रतिभाओं को निखारिए और सबमे बाँटिए। निश्चय ही आपको और समाज को इससे लाभ मिलेगा।
व्हाट्सऐप पर सदस्यों की संख्या 256 हो सकती है और एक ही ग्रुप मे सभी साथियों को ला पाना मेरे लिए सम्भव न था। कई ग्रुप पर साथियो को सूचनाए पहुँचाना भी समस्या भरा था । अतएव वेबसाइट बनाई, फ़ेसबुक ग्रुप बनाया गया है । जनपद की शैक्षिक क्षेत्र की समस्त गतिविधियों की खबर हम सबको होनी चाहिए इसके लिए आवश्यक है कि हम सब सटीक तरीके से सोशल मीडिया का प्रयोग करें।
