दिन में वह स्कूल में पढ़ाते हैं और शाम को ई-रिक्शा चलाते हैं। एजाज नगर गोटिया निवासी इदरीश खान प्राइमरी स्कूल खन्ना गोटिया में समायोजित अध्यापक थे।
लंबे समय तक शिक्षामित्र रहने के बाद 15 मई 2015 को उनकी शिक्षक के रूप में तैनाती हुई थी।
वेतन 35 सौ से 35000 हुआ तो घर में खुशियां छा गई। तीन बच्चों के पिता ने पत्नी सबा के साथ उज्जवल भविष्य के सपने देखे।
मगर पिछले वर्ष 2017 में शिक्षक समायोजन रद्द होते ही सारे सपने चूर-चूर हो गए। समायोजन रद्द होने के बाद उनका वेतन 39200 से मानदेय के रूप में 10,000 रह गया। समायोजन का केस लड़ने में काफी पैसा लग गया। आर्थिक संकट गहराया तो दो बार टीटी पास कर चुके इदरीश ने ई-रिक्शा खरीद लिया। दिनभर स्कूल में रहने के बाद इदरीश शाम को रिक्शा चलाते हैं।
