पूर्व में महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा विजय किरण आनंद जी ने समस्त जनपदों के जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को पत्र के माध्यम से निर्देश दिए हैं।इसी संदर्भ में बस्ती के बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी जी के आदेशानुसार
उक्त निर्देश अनुक्रम में तत्काल प्रभाव से यह निर्देशित किया जाता है कि जनपद में बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के जितने भी स्काउट/ व्यायाम शिक्षक विभिन्न विकास खंड जनपद मुख्यालय से संबंध है, को उनके मूल विद्यालय हेतु तत्काल कार्यमुक्त किया जाता है।

उनके द्वारा स्काउट/ व्यायाम से संबंधित दायित्वों का निर्वाहन अपने मूल विद्यालय में अध्यापन की अवधि पश्चात करें। खरीदे यदि इस आदेश के उपरांत जनपद का कोई भी स्काउट/ व्यायाम शिक्षक विद्यालय अवध में विद्यालय से बाहर किसी कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित पाया जाता है तो उसे विभागीय आदेशों की अवहेलना मानते हुए उनके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार प्रशासनिक कार्यवाही कर दी जाएगी। जिसका संपूर्ण उत्तरदायित्व संबंधित का होगा।

With the immediate effect in the above instruction sequence, it is directed that all the Scout / Exercise teachers belonging to the various development block district headquarters of the Basic Education Department in the district are immediately released for their parent school.
Carry out the responsibilities related to Scout / Exercise by them after the period of teaching in their parent school. After this order, if any scout / exercise teacher of the district is found to be present in any program outside the school in Oudh, then administrative action will be taken against them as per rules, disregarding departmental orders.
