अफसोसजनक ख़बर - पारस्परिक तबादले के आधे से अधिक आवेदन निरस्त
बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूलों के शिक्षकों के पारस्परिक तबादले के आधे से अधिक आवेदन निरस्त हो गए हैं। हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर शिक्षकों की सेवा अवधि बढ़ाने के कारण हजारों शिक्षकों की घर वापसी का सपना टूट गया है।
दिसंबर 2019 में अंतर्जनपदीय तबादले के साथ ही 9641 शिक्षकों ने पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया था। दिव्या गोस्वामी की ओर से दायर याचिका में हाईकोर्ट ने सेवा नियमावली के अनुरूप सेवा अवधि रखे जाने के आदेश दिए थे। इसके बाद बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद ने शिक्षकों के लिए पांच और शिक्षिकाओं के लिए 2 साल की सेवा अवधि अनिवार्य कर दी थी। पहले यह पुरुष व महिला शिक्षक के लिए क्रमश: 3 व 1 साल सेवा अवधि की अनिवार्यता थी।
सूत्रों के अनुसार इसके चलते तकरीबन 5000 शिक्षकों के पारस्परिक तबादले के आवेदन निरस्त हो गए हैं। अधिकांश पुरुष शिक्षकों को ही नुकसान हुआ है। क्योंकि उनके लिए 2 साल का अंतर हो गया। दिसंबर 2019 में आवेदन के 1 साल बाद तबादले होने से शिक्षकों की सेवा अवधि तो अपने आप 2 साल पूरी हो गई। लेकिन पुरुष शिक्षकों के तबादले फस गए, जो शिक्षिकाएं पूर्व शिक्षकों के साथ पारस्परिक तबादला लेना चाह रही थी। उनके आवेदन भी निरस्त हो गए हैं। शासन के आदेश के क्रम में बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद 15 से 17 फरवरी के बीच तबादला आदेश जारी करने की तैयारी में है।

According to sources, due to this mutual applications of about 5000 teachers have been rejected. Most of the male teachers have suffered. Because there was a gap of 2 years for them. In December 2019, the service period of teachers was automatically completed after 2 years of transfer after 1 year of application. But the transfer of male teachers took place, which the teachers wanted to reciprocate with the former teachers. Their applications have also been rejected. In order of the order of the Government, the Basic Education Council is preparing to issue the transfer order between 15 to 17 February.
