कार्यालय से समस्त प्रधानाचार्य/ प्रधानाचार्य राजकीय/ अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त/ वित्तविहीन माध्यमिक विद्यालय एवं सीबीएसई/ आईसीएसई जनपद प्रयागराज हेतु जारी आदेश में जिला मजिस्ट्रेट/ जिलाधिकारी महोदय जनपद प्रयागराज के द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों के क्रम में कोविड-19 महामारी के बढ़ते प्रकोप के दृष्टिगत जनपद प्रयागराज में संचालित कक्षा 1 से 12 तक के समस्त शिक्षण संस्थाओं में दिनांक 20 अप्रैल 2021 तक शिक्षण कार्य पूर्णता बंद रहेगा। ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से शिक्षण कक्षाएं संचालित की जाएंगी साथ ही बोर्ड परीक्षा प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं हेतु छात्र-छात्रा परीक्षार्थियों/ शिक्षकों/ शिक्षणेत्तर कर्मचारियों द्वारा मास्क एवं कोविड-19 के प्रोटोकाल का पूर्णता पालन किया जाएगा।
राजकीय/ शासकीय सहायता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थानों में कार्यरत शिक्षक/ शिक्षणेत्तर कर्मचारियों द्वारा उक्त दिवसों में संस्था में उपस्थित रहकर आगामी परिषदीय परीक्षा 2021 की तैयारियों से संबंधित समस्त कार्यों/ एनआईसी पोर्टल पर डाटा फीडिंग तथा शेष कार्य हेतु मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर फीडिंग की कार्रवाई में आने वाली ड्यूटी आदि का अपना विवरण प्रधानाचार्य को उपलब्ध कराते हुए चुनाव से संबंधित समस्त कार्यों का निस्तारण करेंगे। उक्त आदेश का कड़ाई से अनुपालन करना सुनिश्चित करें।

In view of the rising outbreak of Kovid-19 epidemic in the order issued by the District Magistrate / District Magistrate, Sir Prayagraj in the order issued for the office of all the Principal / Principal State / Non-Government Aided / Financeless Secondary Schools and CBSE / ICSE District Prayagraj. Completion of teaching work in all educational institutions from class 1 to 12 in Prayagraj will be closed till 20 April 2021. Teaching classes will be conducted through online as well as the standard of Mask and Kovid-19 will be followed by students / students / teachers / non-teaching staff for competitive board examinations.
Teachers / non-teaching staff working in government / government-aided educational institutions, appearing in the organization on the said days, will come into action for all the work related to the preparations for the upcoming Council Exam 2021 / data feedings on NIC portal and feed on human property portal for the remaining work. By providing his details of the duties, etc., to the Principal, he will clear all the tasks related to the election. Be sure to strictly follow the said order.
