परंतु कई विद्यालयों में शिक्षक नहीं पहुंचे। जनपद जौनपुर में बीएसए महोदय ने कल गुरुवार को विद्यालयों की जांच करने हेतु वेशभूषा बदलकर मोटरसाइकिल से ही निकल पड़े।

 इतने दिन विद्यालय बंद होने के बाद कल स्कूल नहीं पहुंचने पर बीएसए प्रवीण तिवारी ने जबरदस्त कार्यवाही की। हरे रंग का कुर्ता मुंह गमछा से बांधे पहुंचे बीएसए को देखकर एक बार तो शिक्षक भी भौचक्का रह गए। बीएसए जानना चाह रहे थे कि उनके शिक्षक किस तरह से उनके आदेशों का पालन कर रहे हैं।

महाराजगंज ब्लॉक के गढ़ ओरिया प्राथमिक विद्यालय पर पहुंचे तो वहां पर सभी शिक्षक मौजूद मिले। प्राथमिक विद्यालय लेहमन में प्रधान अध्यापक व सहायक अध्यापक अनुपस्थित मिले। इन लोगों का 1 दिन का वेतन काटने का निर्देश दिया गया है। भवन को टपकता हुआ देखकर भवन प्रभारी के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की, साथ ही खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी बसंत शुक्ला से भी स्पष्टीकरण मांगा।

बदलपुर में राजेंद्र प्रसाद को भवन अधूरा होने पर कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया।

बदलापुर बीआरसी के अनुचर रत्नेस व सुजीत का  वेतन रोक दिया। खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी का प्रभावी नियंत्रण ना होने पर उनसे स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया। साथ ही चेतावनी भी दी गई।

 मिर्शादपुर पूर्व माध्यमिक विद्यालय पर अनुदेशक लंबे समय से गायब मिली, मानदेय रोक दिया गया। हमारी प्राथमिक विद्यालय में अरविंद विश्वकर्मा गैरहाजिर मिले। लाइब्रेरी सक्रिय नहीं मिली वीरेंद्र विक्रम व अरविंद का वेतन काटने का निर्देश दिया। कमपोजिट विद्यालय बन रहा में जय कुमार मिश्र अनुपस्थित पाए गए। बैग का वितरण नहीं हुआ था। 1 दिन का इनका वेतन काटा गया है। प्रधानाध्यापक चंद्रकांत उपाध्याय का वेतन जुलाई का अगले आदेश तक रोक दिया गया।

जिला प्रयागराज में पहले दिन ही परिषदीय विद्यालयों के खुलते ही परियोजना अधिकारी केके सिंह ने उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय रंधावा बहादुरपुर का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान प्रधानाध्यापक वंदना श्रीवास्तव परियोजना अधिकारी को बताती हैं कि उनके विद्यालय में कोई सफाई कर्मी नहीं है, इस पर परियोजना अधिकारी ने तत्काल अस्थाई सफाई कर्मी की व्यवस्था करवाई। बच्चों को प्रवेश दिलाने आए अभिभावकों को दीक्षा एप व दूरदर्शन कार्यक्रम के बारे में बताया गया। तीन नये प्रेरणा साथी का चुनाव किया गया। स्कूल के सभी अध्यापकों को पहले दिन आई कार्ड दिए गए। विद्यालय स्टाफ में उपस्थित होकर प्राधिकार पर्ची भरने का काम किया।

 Instructor at Mirshadpur East Secondary School was found missing for a long time, honorarium was stopped. Arvind Vishwakarma was absent in our primary school. The library was not found active and directed to deduct the salary of Virendra Vikram and Arvind. Jai Kumar Mishra was found absent in the composite school Banaraha. The bag was not delivered. His salary for 1 day has been deducted. Headmaster Chandrakant Upadhyay's salary was withheld till further orders of July.
