द्वारा समस्त जनपद के खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को पत्र के माध्यम से आदेशित किया उत्तर प्रदेश बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के अधीन कार्यरत परिषदीय शिक्षक एवं शिक्षणेत्तर कर्मचारियों का वेतन मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर पेरोल मॉड्यूल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन हस्तानांतरण की कार्यवाही दिनांक 31 मार्च 2021 तक प्रत्येक दशा में पूर्ण करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया है उक्त का अनुपालन ना होने की स्थिति में वेतन आहरण रोकने हेतु भी निर्देशित किया है।
उक्त हेतु कार्यालय द्वारा समस्त जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी एवं खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप मैसेज के माध्यम से कई बार अनुस्मारक भी दिए गए हैं परंतु कतिपय विकास खंडों द्वारा मास्टर डाटा एंट्री का कार्य भी अद्यतन पूर्ण नहीं हुआ है।
अतः निर्देशित किया जाता है मास्टर डाटा एंट्री के कार्य को प्राथमिकता देते हुए दिनांक 15 अप्रैल 2021 तक कराना सुनिश्चित करें अन्यथा की स्थिति में संबंधित खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी का अप्रैल 2021 का वेतन आहरित नहीं किया जाएगा।

Ordered through a letter to the block education officers of the entire district through the process of online transfer of salary of the council teachers and non-teaching staff working under the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council through the payroll module on the Human Estate Portal in each case till 31 March 2021. It has been directed to complete the withdrawal of salary in the event of non-compliance of the said.
For the above, reminders have also been given to the District Basic Education Officer and Block Education Officer several times through video conferencing WhatsApp group messages, but the master data entry work has not been completed by certain development blocks.
Therefore, it is directed to ensure that the master data entry work is given priority by 15 April 2021, otherwise the salary of the concerned Section Education Officer will not be withdrawn till April 2021.
