BLO की चुनाव में लगी ड्यूटी तो करनी ही पड़ेगी, नहीं लिया मतदान प्रशिक्षण तो होगी दंडात्मक कार्यवाही।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी प्रभारी अधिकारी कार्मिक उन्नाव द्वारा समस्त जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी जनपद उन्नाव को उपरोक्त पत्र प्रेषित किया गया।

 जिसके अंतर्गत मतदान कार्य संपन्न कराने के लिए अन्य कर्मियों को के साथ बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर बीएलओ एवं पर्यवेक्षक के रुप में लगे कर्मचारियों की भी नियुक्ति पीठासीन/ मतदान अधिकारी के रूप में की गई है। अनेक कर्मचारी बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर( बीएलओ)/ पर्यवेक्षक के रुप में लगे होने के कारण पीठासीन/ मतदान अधिकारी की ड्यूटी से मुक्त करने हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र प्रेषित कर रहे हैं।

अतः समस्त जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए कि अपने अधीन कार्यरत है, से समस्त कार्मिकों को जिनकी ड्यूटी बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर/पर्यवेक्षक के रुप में लगी है उन्हें अपने स्तर से अवगत करा दें कि पीठासीन/मतदान अधिकारी के रूप में लगाई गई डयूटी उन्हें करना है। अनावश्यक रूप से मतदान ड्यूटी से मुक्त करने हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र प्रेषित नहीं करें। अपने स्तर पर परीक्षण करके सुनिश्चित भी हो ले कि ऐसे समस्त कार्मिक नियत तिथि को प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित होकर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे है।

 यदि कोई कार्मिक अनाधिकृत रूप से प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से अनुपस्थित हो रहा है तो उसके विरुद्ध कठोर दंडात्मक कार्यवाही करके, कृत कार्यवाही से अवगत भी कराएं।

Many employees are sending applications for getting rid of the duties of the Presiding / Polling Officer due to being engaged as Booth Level Officer (BLO) / Supervisor.

Therefore, all district level officers were instructed to work under their command, to let all personnel whose duties are engaged as booth level officers / supervisors, make them aware that their duties as Presiding / Polling Officers should be given to them. To do. Do not send an application to get rid of voting duty unnecessarily. After testing at their level, it should also be ensured that all such personnel are getting training by appearing in the training program on the due date.

 If any personnel is unofficially absent from the training program, then take strict punitive action against them, inform them about the action taken.
