आदेश (1) समाचार मीडिया से प्राप्त - कक्षा 5, 8 के बच्चों की टीसी की जाय निर्गत इस शीर्षक से समाचार सोशल मीडिया में है ।
इसके अनुसार जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी प्रदीप कुमार पांडे ने खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों के माध्यम से प्रधानाध्यापक को से कहा है कि प्रत्येक वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष बच्चों को 1 अप्रैल से अगली कक्षा में प्रमोट किया जाएगा तथा पांचवी एवं आठवीं के बच्चों की टीसी निर्गत की जाएगी। 1 अप्रैल से विद्यालय द्वारा बच्चों का नामांकन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कक्षा में बच्चों के साथ की जाने वाली गतिविधियों को छोड़कर 100 डेज कैंपेन एवं प्रेरणा ज्ञानोत्सव की अधिकतर गतिविधियां कोबिट प्रोटोकॉल का अनुपालन करते हुए संचालित की जाएंगी।
विभाग द्वारा विगत वर्ष बच्चों की वार्षिक परीक्षा सेट परीक्षा का आयोजन नहीं किया गया है। इसलिए इस बार बच्चों को किसी प्रकार का रिपोर्ट कार्ड देय नहीं होगा।
बीएसए ने महा निदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा द्वारा जारी निर्देशों का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि कक्षा शिक्षण की तैयारी के लिए शिक्षक डायरी को भरा जाना उचित होगा ताकि जब विद्यालय में बच्चे आए तो पूर्व तैयारी के साथ कक्षा शिक्षण किया जा सके। शिक्षक डायरी के अतिरिक्त सभी रजिस्टर स्कूल स्तर पर कंपोजिट ग्रांट से प्रिंट/ क्रय किए जाएंगे।

समस्त खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को आदेशित करते हुए जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी महोदय उन्नाव द्वारा उपरोक्त फॉर्मेट जारी किया गया। इसके अनुसार पंचायत चुनाव के दृष्टिगत सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट एवं जोनल मजिस्ट्रेट के द्वारा विद्यालय का भ्रमण किया जा रहा है। अस्तु आप सभी को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि विद्यालय प्रत्येक दशा में खुले रहें, जिससे विद्यालय भ्रमण के दौरान कोई असुविधा ना हो।
उक्त कार्य निर्वाचन से संबंधित है अस्तु शिथिलता न बरती जाए, साथ ही नियमित सूचना विद्यालय के मुख्य द्वार पर चस्पा करा दे।
