3.अतः उक्त दिए हुए निर्देशों के अनुपालन में आप को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि जनपद में संचालित समस्त विद्यालयों की साफ सफाई, शौचालय पेयजल की व्यवस्था/ सुविधा दिव्यांग मतदाताओं हेतु रैंप की व्यवस्था, प्रकाश व्यवस्था एवं कोविड-19 के दृष्टिगत सैनिटाइजेशन कराए जाने हेतु प्रधान शिक्षकों/ इंचार्ज शिक्षकों/ वरिष्ठ शिक्षकों को विद्यालय में उपस्थित रहने के निर्देश अपने स्तर से प्रदान करें ताकि कार्यदाई संस्थाओं को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी ना हो अन्यथा की स्थिति में संबंधित शिक्षक के साथ ही संबंधित खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी भी जिम्मेदार होंगे।

1. District Basic Education Officer, Unnao Ji, through a letter addressed to all the Block Education Officer District Unnao of the district, has instructed that the three-tier Panchayat General Election is to be held in April 2021 for 2021 months.
2. During election, cleaning of all polling places in the district, polling arrangements / facility of drinking water / facility for disabled voters, lighting and sanitation in view of Kovid-19 for polling parties stop / night rest during election. Instructions have been given to keep the school open in every case.
3. Therefore, in compliance with the instructions given above, you are directed to make cleanliness of all the schools operating in the district, provision of toilets for drinking water / facilities for the disabled voters, provision of lighting and sanitation in view of Kovid-19. For providing instructions to the head teachers / in-charge teachers / senior teachers to be present in the school at their level so that the working institutions do not face any kind of trouble otherwise in case of the concerned teacher as well as the concerned block education officer will also be responsible.
